I’m a Cartographer. I also make diagrams, tables and related products. My speciality is making maps & graphics that are easy to read, pleasing to look at, and fit for purpose.
I make maps from scratch or use customised bases. The main tools I use are Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. I use CAD for drafting, and programs like QGIS when manipulating GIS data from sources such as Open Street Map.
I’m from Australia and I'm based in Melbourne. I’ve also spent many years working in Europe, the UK and North America. I contract now for clients worldwide. In the past I’ve both freelanced for, and been employed by companies on large and small projects such as city wayfinding schemes, Olympic games, travel guides, numerous publications and a stint in offshore surveying.
